Tom is currently a Senior Planner, Spatial Analysis in the City Planing Division at the City of Toronto. Tom’s previous experience includes leading the spatial analysis and housing portfolios at the Ontario Growth Secretariat in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and working as a GIS analyst and planning consultant.
